Join us for our Belgian beer week tasting as we explore one of the most fascinating aspects of Belgian brewing, how ageing changes flavour, aroma, complexity and character. During this guided tasting, we'll compare some classic aged and fresh Belgian beers, tasting them side by side .
 
You'll learn which styles benefit from cellar ageing, what happens during the ageing process, and why some beers develop rich and deep flavour notes, while others are best enjoyed fresh.
 
This tasting includes our quality Belgian selection of: Orval, Tynt Meadow, Chimay Blue, Chimay Grand Reserve, Cantillon Gueuze and Cantillon Gueuze 2016. We will be tasting 8 beers overall.
